Michael Ferraro is the executive director of the FIT DTech Lab. Ferraro provides the strategic vision and creative direction for all Lab projects. His background in emerging technology and media production brings a distinct industry focus to the Lab’s experiential learning environment. Under his direction, Lab projects de-risk innovation for industry partners and empower entrepreneurs while helping build the workforce of the future.

Judith Bowens is the managing director of the FIT DTech Lab, managing business operations and project initiatives. She brings years of retail experience as a vice president for Barneys New York to DTech’s interdisciplinary projects, and helps to guide the discovery of how technology will shape the future of the fashion value chain. Leveraging her background with businesses and fashion startups, she also advises students through their professional development.

Joanne Arbuckle is the deputy to the president for Industry Partnerships and Collaborative Programs at FIT. As the liaison between the president, the college, and outside organizations, she develops and expands global partnerships for the college. She closely collaborates with the executive director of DTech to integrate the work of the Lab with the schools and other divisions of FIT.

Julian Catasus Y Brueggemann
Julian Catasus y Brueggemann is the design lab research assistant of the DTech Lab, managing the DTech website's design and development, social media channels, overall branding, and video documentation of projects. He brings experience in the fields of UX/UI Design as a recent graduate of FIT's Advertising and Digital Design BFA program.
